Our room had a bidet, and having tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge, and an oven was really convenient; the location near a medical clinic was excellent.

Exceptionally comfortable, cheap property. Good bed in the double room, plus climate control, a minibar, and a stone fireplace. Mountain view, very helpful and affable stuff. Decent, nice location in the really quiet area...

The hotel was located in a central area near Wadi Musa town center and Petra. Breakfast was good. - All of the staff were nice and honest. - It was clean.

In my room, I could adjust the temperature, watch cable TV with movies on demand, and help myself to drinks from the mini-fridge-bar. 📺

The rooms here were really big and had their own private bathroom and balcony, which was pretty cool. The staff were super helpful and really friendly, they went out of their way to assist. The location of this place was awesome, right smack in the middle of everything 🌟.

This place provided me with a spotless and luxurious double room with a big bathroom including a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet, all in a perfect and magnificent location.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The prices were very reasonable and the value for money was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient for my needs. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views of the town and mountains from my room. The working AC was a bonus, ensuring a comfortable stay even during hot weather. The breakfast, although more like a lunch with a variety of vegetables, was well served and satisfying.

The shower was not always hot and the bathroom could get very wet. The internet only worked in common areas and did not allow for Whatsapp or video calls.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved having a balcony with an amazing view of the town and mountains. Plus, the working air conditioning was a relief, especially on the 5th floor. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from, although it did feel more like lunch with all the delicious vegetables.

All was great, couldn't ask for more!

We enjoyed the hotel's convenient location, as it was close to the centre of this city and just off the main street. The hotel facilities were also great, including a shuttle service that took us straight to the Petra visitors' center. We appreciated that there was parking available, even though it was often full. Lastly, the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were always welcoming.

The complimentary transfer service from the hotel to the Petra area was very helpful and saved us some money. the view from our room was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. the location was great, as it was very close to the main attractions and restaurants.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. the room was not clean enough and we found some dirt and hair on the bed sheets.
